The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in New Zealand Inc. is a National Section of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport . , an international body established by Royal Charter in 1922. Over 33,000 transport and logistics practitioners in more than 30 countries belong to the Institute, securing our position as a key international organisation which promotes professional development and knowledge exchange.

Service delivery to members is focused through six Sections to contacts based in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hawkes Bay and Waikato - Bay of Plenty together with a Section based in Fiji. Each has a local Chairman and Committee and arranges a programme of activities to interest members. These include visits, addresses, seminars and training opportunities and are publicised through Section newsletters and this website.
